A “Bajan Limey” raised & schooled in Barbados who subsequently returned to London England.
In fact I am lucky enough to have two homes ,Barbados and London, but one true love Bajan Cuisine.
“ Bajans luvvvv food so much we even put a fork on de flag”.
I Create Bajan food that transports you back to delicious taste explosions you discovered as a child and learned to nurture as an adult.

Growing up in BARBADOS, waking up every day to the aroma of mum's sweet sweet cooking, the slamming of domino's and the crashing of the ocean. Surrounded by sweet bread and FLYING FISH, I always knew that cooking was for me. I moved to England which was daunting but nevertheless the place I needed to be to take my culinary journey to the next level.
Winning GB’s Takeaway Chef of the Year 2016 was a highlight I successfully built on. Being named as one of the top ten Black Chefs in the UK & showcased on a 20ft display on regency street and dancing & Singing my Bajan heart out for the X factor (2017) have made those boyhood Dreams a reality.
Currently on My Red Apron World Tour, You could say I am living my dream & LOVING IT.
